This is a new challenge for me, yes, tiered cake, not only 2 but 3!!! and its all fondant covered, doubled the challenge, the bottom of the cake using dummy cake, tripled the challenge, since 3 days before the day my son get sick *getting dizzy*. My first fondant cake was totally a mess, enough to make me not confident to give another shot. But i decided to put all the guts and take the order. Soooo.. i finish the cake in 1 day and 2 nights!!!!
